How to make an international call

1. Please dial 02-769-1888 from any touch tone phone (fixed line or mobile)
     Value Added Service - Callback
2. Select 2 for English and Enter your PIN number follows by # key
3. Enter the destination number that you which to call and follows by # key 

Example:
To make the call to Ohio, United States (216) 123-4567
Please dial : 12161234567#
Remake: USA Country code = 1

** Please do not dial prefixes: 001 / 008 / 009 / 005 / 006 / etc.**

Tips: 
 If you make the mistake in any step, do not hang up. Please dial 7* (Seven-Star)

 To continue on the next call without hang up, please dial 7* (Seven-Star). The system will disconnect the current call and return you to the home voice prompt asking for the next destination telephone number

Remark:
Call to local access number incur charges at the origination telephone number. Please check with your telephone service provider for service charge information prior using calling card service. The call charges are generally according to your promotion rates & tariff plans. You're responsible for any call charges incur for accessing our local access numbers.
